Partnership programme

The School has hosted and organised a huge number of activities including workshops and performances for schools, CPD for teachers for many years. Why not start with their interactive area? You can choose your character and then explore. There are games and quizzes and lots of things to do. Chetham’s believes that everyone should be able to access music in a vibrant and relevant way. The partnership work is about providing opportunities to enable people to progress in their musical learning, whatever their starting point. Whether it’s through performances, workshops, masterclasses or projects in schools and community groups and  working with individuals and groups to achieve this aim.

They enjoy partnerships with the Greater Manchester Music Education Hub, MyHub, Accent Music Hub and Manchester Camerata.

The Stoller Hall Outreach Ensemble has a fine reputation for its school and family concerts, which provide a wonderful chance to visit The Stoller Hall at Chetham’s and learn more about classical music in a fun and engaging way.
