The electronic drum kit has had a big impact upon percussion at school. Not only has it helped see a positive uptake in drum lessons, but its very presence has fostered a greater interest in the prominence of drum kit in music across a range of genres.
Being electronic, it has also allowed drum kit students to practice free of the worry of disturbing lessons around them. The school are very grateful that a grant from the CSA made this possible.
